Royal Collection now comes in travel sizes!

One of the best things about my visit to Pitti this year was an invitation to Luigi Borrelli boutique in the heart of Florence. I was looking forward to experience the world of Luigi Borrelli. Me, as a sartorial style practitioner and lover, Luigi Borrelli is a must-have brand for me. The boutique and fragrances are simply wow! Everything you can find inside is meticulously crafted until perfection and attention to all the details is simply perfect. When I received the invitation to visit the Borrelli boutique, I was very excited because I felt in love with their perfumes, but also, I wondered how the store with exquisite sartorial masterpieces looks like. When I entered, I realized why Borrelli fragrances smell so good! It’s a unique world.

Luigi Borrelli Discovery Set by BL’eauOG

The first perfume I discovered is Vicuna Wool. It’s a beautiful scent with cashmeran base and very elegant blond woods that give fine tuning to the spicy and warm composition. You can read a full review of Vicuna Wool in the following link: Vicuna Wool review.

Luigi Borrelli launched Discovery Edition boxes with three perfumes of Royal Collection; Vicuna Wool, Cotton and Cashmere. It’s a perfect initiation into the Borrelli Fragrances world because you are able to discover each fragrance. Since the presentation in Florence, I felt in love with Cotton. It’s a beautiful, soft, crisp perfume that has gentle attitude of a white, tailor made shirt with luxurious feel under fingertips. It’s really wonderful stuff that I want to discover furthermore. What is certain is that I will keep it with myself during a costume and cardigan season!

Borrelli Fragrances are classic, high-end perfumes with elegant attitude and make you look sartorial regardless the appearance you have!

Dear readers, thank you for reading this review. There will be more reviews from the same brand so stay tuned and do not forget to follow Facebook and Instagram page too!

Juraj, BL’eauOG

Written by juraj
My name is Juraj Sotosek-Rihtarec and I am the only person that runs this BL’eauOG. BL’eauOG is the play of words meaning “blog” and “eau” which means “water” in French, allusion to “Eau de Parfum” for example, and you read it simply as “bloog”. I started my blog several years ago and I imagined it as a place where I can express my critics on the world of fine perfumes. You can find new perfume reviews, interviews, articles about the perfume and something very interesting – video campaigns I did for perfume brands and olfactive dinners which I regularly do (dinner inspired with perfumes). I studied two Masters, one in Croatia and second one in Paris, which enabled me to become the insider of the industry. Life in Paris changed my opinion about perfumes and consequently, my taste changed. I am most proud of being a TED lecturer. I hope you will enjoy this blog and my articles on perfumes.
